Are you aware of the basic steps to guard your equipment from low quality diesel fuel? The Association of Equipment Management Professionals held a webinar this past Tuesday outlining the important facts to remember about diesel fuel and how it affects your engine. One key lesson was to understand that diesel fuel quality deteriorates every time it is handled. “Always be cognizant of the fact that by the time it goes into your equipment that fuel has been transferred seven to eight different times,” said Ken Hill, the vice president of sales & marketing at oil analysis firm WearCheck USA. At RWM 2012, JCB will add the brand new 4CX Wastemaster backhoe loader to its range of waste and recycling equipment line. Happy birthday to John Deere, who is celebrating 175 years of business in the construction equipment world! To celebrate, they have released the newest machine in the construction equipment industry that essentially has redefined the dozer industry. The 764 High Speed Dozer has finish-grades and “dozes up to twice as fast as a traditional crawler, with articulated-frame steering and purpose-built four-track oscillating undercarriage.” To learn more about the history of John Deere and the newest addition to their product line-up, read here:
