Morbark, Inc. recently acquired Boxer Equipment and its line of mini skid steer loaders and attachments, including, “all [Boxer] product designs, intellectual property and manufacturing tools, as well as existing parts, completed units and other inventory.” With this acquisition Mobark, Inc. hopes to expand its product offerings to landscapers, irrigation and trenching contractors, property owners, and general contractors of all sizes.
A 40-Ton Lightweight Trailer has been introduced to the construction equipment market from Talbert Manufacturing. Features include the ability to customize the trailer depending on weight needed for use. This is particularly beneficial for “customers who need to remain below the superload weight limit in states with 120,000-pound gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) restrictions.”
